Before getting on the bus
Wait for the bus at the bus stop and raise your arm to let the driver of the bus to know that you want to get on.
Have your transport card ready before getting on the bus.
Do not approach the bus whenever it has started moving. People cannot be picked up from anywhere other than the bus stop.
Enter the bus through the front door, waiting your turn in order of arrival at the bus stop.
To get on the bus
Be very careful when it is raining to avoid slipping.
Access the bus using the ramp at the back of the bus if you are travelling in a wheelchair.
Buggies must be brought in through the front door. Babies must be properly restrained, and the buggy brake must be activated.
Inside the bus
There are reserved seats for people with reduced mobility.
Use the bars and handholds to walk within the bus.
Avoid obstructing other people with your belongings.
It is not permitted to occupy the platforms for luggage or wheel arch.
To get off the bus
Request your stop well in advance and check that the panel has lit up.
Take care when getting off the bus that has steps and levels.
Be careful whenever the doors are closing and do not attempt to obstruct their closing.
