  1. Movilidad Gipuzkoa will process your personal data for the purpose of being able to manage the purchase of your ticket.

The lawful basis for said processing is the execution of a contract to which you are party.

  1. Additionally, Movilidad Gipuzkoa will process the personal data provided, as well as those generated as a result of processing complaints, queries, requests, letters or suggestions made, in order to manage and process said complaints, requests, letters or suggestions.

The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given on formulating your complaint, query, request or letter.

It also analyses the user’s needs, tastes and preferences in order to display advertising according to a commercial profile drawn up based on the information obtained by means of the continued observation of your Internet browsing habits. After said periods, the personal data will be duly blocked for the time necessary for Movilidad Gipuzkoa and AVANZA to fulfil the legal obligations to which they may be subject and to attend to potential responsibilities arising from the process and only until expiry of their statute of limitations.

RECIPIENTS: Movilidad Gipuzkoa will convey your personal data processed for purpose (i) to the Public Administration responsible for the service, and those used for purpose (ii) to the competent administrative bodies or to other companies in the Avanza Group when doing so is necessary to manage and process your complaint, query, request, letter or suggestion.
